Hey i have a 99 civic ex i bought it with 63000 miles on it and ive put about 3000 more on it, okay well lately when i have been driving especially when theres pot holes in the road it makes alot of squeaking noises and it sound like the wheels are gonna fall off.....so i thought the suspension was ****. but today when i parked it and left it running it was still making the same noises sitting still. so i opend the hood and i cant seem to figure out where the nosie is coming from any advice on what this could be???? Motor Mounts??? thanks

 

possibly a loose alternator belt. check the tension and maybe that will fix your problem.

 

squeeking noise???? try and be more specific.

if it was the alt belt then thats a bit of a shrieking noise, LOL.
