gsr cams?

Default gsr cams?

i not a mechanic so help me out. i have a gsr block with a b16 head and tranny in my 92 coupe and i heard if i put a gsr camshaft in the b16 head it will run better and stronger..is this true and if i put the gsr camshaft on will i need the valve retain and springs..or can i just put the camshaft on.? thanks

The GSR cams have a little more lift and duration that the B16's...so it'll run a little better.

have them in my b16 and i can feel alittle difference but its not like night and day like some other cams!
