JDM header/carsound cat/Spoon N1, will this be too loud??
Just wondering if anyone has this setup.. Will the in cabin resonance/sound be too loud to be driving around? I know the N1 itself is pretty loud, but with a hi-flow cat, how much louder will it be? Don't want to get a headache if you know what I mean.

I'm assuming going with a silencer will eats up HP like the Apexi N1 silencer? How easy and hard is it to put the silencer on? Do I have to remove the muffler to do that first?

I haven't gotten mine yet but I hear it's like a 10-min job to install/remove. As for power - I don't really care if it saps a few hp on the street, since I'll be taking it off when I go to the track.

Dang darth, you are not only a fast road race driver, you are quick at installing silencers too?? 10 minutes compares to 10 sec??

Not too loud at all, The sound is very nice and deep also Not buzzy like some N1, Also my favorite thing is the canister it sits under the bumper like a regular canister and has a regular size tip (2.5")
A Car sound cat would actually make the car a bit quieter than a test pipe would. It would also make it street legal

Well, it can be very damn loud for a person, but not loud at all for you.
Have you ever seat in other car with a N1 exhaust before? Do you have that is loud? Don't expect the Spoon N1 will be any quieter than other N1 exhaust out there. Yes, the silencer will definitely help, but it will eat up hps like crazy too.
