It should be fine if doen with all OEM parts. You can swap in the Type S 6spds from the CL and TL. Theres already a few done and -RedneckDave- is doing his right now. Go visit v6p.net for more info.
-The 6spd tranny only avilable in 03' so it might expensive?
-Let say i only convert it to a 5spd w/ (?) tranny.
Then Do they make any aftermarket clutches or flywheels or whatever else you would need to have a higher horsepower application? What kind of horsepower can a stock one handle? i'll just Supercharged it probably instead of turbo.
-See for the Civic's they got like the TypeR piston and other application what about for us?

I have only found one person making aftermarket clutches and they are around 400 dollars. As for flywheels I think comptech has one but it is really expensive. As for the tranny they are really expensive even if you find a used one. And if you were to buy a new one from acura be prepared to pay about $5k for the trans alone. For aftermarket internals you are a bit out of luck unless you want to pay for custom pistons and rods. Good luck if you decide to do this because it is not that easy and I can tell you from experience that you will need to have a lot of money in order to do this.

THANKS MUCH redneckDave, that's exactly my questions. If they would made the accord stuff is more interchangable like the B-series that would be a bless! Even more aftermarket interal parts!
Hum....i am thinking if i should still convert it to a manual then supercharged it AND it wont be very fast afterward+too $ to buy aftermartket. But i really like the COupe TAIL !
