Default How much to pay for 98 ITR with built motor in Socal?

Hey guys how much do you think a 98 ITR clean title with 70,000 miles. I am intrested in buying my friends car with these mods. Here this is a copy andpast of what it has. How much do you think its worth for me to buy it for? Thanks guys

The original motor is gone. It blew. It now has a ls/vtec. Inside the block it has a GSR crank and rods CTR pistons, ITR oil and water pumps, GSR PORTFLOW head, skunk2 stg2 cams, skunk2 cam gears, oversized valves upgraded valvesprings and Ti retainers, JDM ITR header, Apexi exhaust RC 310 cc injectors, skunk2 intake manifold, hondata s100, Motor has made 205 whp to the wheels when it was tuned on the dyno All original body parts with vin stickers still on them original interior, and all. Receipts for all work done too. Well known California engine builder in south central built the motor from ground up.

How much is it worth to you. Personally if I was going to buy an R I would want one with the stock motor or at best the JDM equivalent. Are you looking for a car with mods?

I am not currently in the market looking for one but I know his and he does not drive it and when he does he drives like an old lady. He is contemplating to sell but only to friends or family. How much should I offer? I dont mind the built motor because that is something I would do anyways.

98 clean title without b18c5 I would start at around 14 if it's really nice and go from there.

I asked him and he said the builder is Jerry Built racing. Here is the website. http://www.jerrybuiltracing.com/

Think I should offer him about $13,500 ????

I would start at 14 as well because it is a ITR just not the motor, but its putting down 205 wheel whcih means theowner knows he can prolly get money for it.

you guys been lots of help. I asked why the GSR crank and rods and he said that the GSR crank uses better rod bearings than LS crank and rods. I saw the car this morning and I talked to him a bit. I offered him $13500 and he looked at me like I was on crack lol He told me he was thinking $16000
But he would let it go to me for $15000. I told him I will think about it. What do you guys think? oh and the car has 67000 miles
