Paint shop sprayed over my smog sticker...........HELP!!!!!!!!
I got my car back fom the paint shop on Friday and the Yahoos painted over my smog certificate sticker
How can I remove the paint without eating away the sticker. I had to go to the smog ref 3 times to finally get this, so it is very important. Can I use acetone or "goo gone"? Any info is GREATLY!!!!! appreciated!

No not yet, I figure if they would be stupid enough to spray over a Smog Ref sticker then they wouldn't know anyway
where is the sticker located? If its on the glass, i can help you out. If its on the body, then you might be looking at wet sanding. And if you say, who the hell are you, i say i am a detailer for a honda dealer, so i have a bit of experience

wet sanding would probably do the trick. if the sticker is pretty sturdy, which i'm guessing it is, then it'll stand up to this fine.
