alignment question after suspension change

alignment question after suspension change
alrite just finished the suspension work on my 4th gen.. would it make a diffrence if i went to get my alignment with stock rims(15'') then the alignment with my aftermarket 17'' rims?

The wheels will have no effect on your alingment. I switch rim sizes all the time (my car is a DD and track car) and have no problems.
