have you searched about anything? with the hondata you dont need a fpr. and fmic=front mount intercooler.
the t3/t4 you can get in different sizes
id go with srp pistons, theyre cheaper or you could just do an eagle rotating assembly for like 1400 (new crank rods and pistons)
what kind of head work are you thinkin? 3 angel valve job porting and polishing? you dont need to worry too much about the port and polish. with a turbo itll force the air through the head anyway. maybe gasket match and port match. and get a bigger throttle body and port match everything.
the cam gears are really looks and allow you to adjust your timing. but with hondata you can do this through the ecu so save your self the money.
you can do a rev valvetrain for 450 buck and probably rev to about 9k. (not positive on that number)
port your stock intake manifold
six puck clutch for about $250

i don't want to sound like a deterrant, cause people getting into cars is awesome, but hold off for a little bit and do some reading/talking to people to get a better plan. if that second $300 wasn't a typo from 3000, then you really need to evaluate your budget. if it was 3k, you still need to take a look at things, and realize you are talking about a ~$8000 motor that requires a lot of work and tuning before you will be happy with it. i'm sure people will chime in w/ "i did it for x$", but as someone who doesn't know how to build a motor, that is what you are looking at. figure out what you REALLY have to spend, do some researching since about a bajillion people have done this before, and make a plan that makes sense with your budget and goals. good luck
