Default B16 header

Ive got a b16 in a crx. Anyone know if a 4-1 header that says as individual tubes past the cross member will fit? It seems like a tight fit between my block and my cross member and im not sure if this new header will fit. Id find out for my self, but i don't have the tools at my new house and im not going to pay a mechanic to tell me i need a new header. Thank you

it will fit, you will have to unbolt your crossmember and probably shave the crossmember a bit to fit when after you install the header. good luck with the install

Yeah i was really hoping i could squeeze it in there without notching the cross member, but what can ya do. Im not buying a new header so ill have to deal with it. Do you know how much i can shave without hurting the strength of the cross member?

Nope, a 4-1 header will not fit. You will either have to cut the crossmember which with the right tools its not hard ( look for someone in your area that will do it, I know if you were around my area, I would do it for cheap )
