Default OEM Si Sway Bar Endlink doesn't tighten?

I am installing an OEM EM1 rr sway bar into my 99 EX right now and am almost done. I have bolted up everything to the subframe and one side of the endlinks onto my lca.

I tried bolting the other endlink onto my LCA, but when I try to tighten it, the thread spins along with the turn of the nut. The thread of where I'm supposed to tighten the nut to is not stationary, therefore making it impossible to tighten it. I tried to loosen the nut to remove the endlink, but it doesn't come out either, all it does is spin too.

Now, is there a special way to tighten up the nut onto the endlinks' threads? There's nothing else on the otherside of the thread that can aid me in holding it still. The other side bolted up fine, put the nut to the thread and tighten.

Any help is apprecited. Sorry, I told a story

at the end of the stud (the threaded part), theres a hole for an allen wrench. stick in the allen wrench to keep it from spinning and tighten the nut down.

on other side of stud, there is opening for an allen wrench. There's just a black rubber boot there.

the hole for the allen wrench is on the opposite side of the boot and the black top piece with the white dots on top. look at the endlink, look at the threaded part, where you first put the nut on is where the hole is. you stick the allen wrench inside the threaded part.

whoops, already figured it out. Had the socket on the ratchet and it just covered it up. Thanks for your help, it's on now.
