Default Water Injection - What size nozzle to use?

What size of nozzle is right for a turbo honda? I heard one person say 14 - 16% of fuel mass is what some grand national guys use. Aquamist nozzles are rated by mm, where the nozzles i'm looking at are rated in GPH... so GPH would be nice. Thanks.

I would say 0.6mm . Unless your running big boost then maybe 0.8mm.
