The upturned part sitting on the rearmost portion of the hatch probably adds additional downforce.

I was thinking about doing something with my rear wing (I've got a spare or two) on my way back from Albany yesterday.

I don't <U>think</U> that is the stock wing on top. Actually, it kind of reminds me of a 2pc wing I've seen on a few Subarus.
