hey theres this guy that is gonna be selling me a JDM ITR tranny and on the stamp part where it says LSD on the bottom it says N3E... and anouther guy emailed me a told me that it was suppose say J4D... whats the differents?? is this a real JDM ITR tranny??? please hlep thanks...

I have a 98 spec JDM ITR trans and it says J4D LSD. Never heared of the other letterings.

 

LSD N3E is fine as well. Would you like me to send you a pic? I would post, but imagestation is being, well, less than user friendly right now.

 

I've heard of the N3E lettering, but ALL the ITR trannies that I have seen, JDM or USDM, have been marked J4D.

 

The 2001 JDM ITR trans in my Wife's Type R says:

N3E
LSD

 

yeah he told me its a 2000 JDM ITR... so im guessing hes selling a 2000 JDM ITR then... thanks
