96 jdm itr conversion replacement parts

i have a BIG FOUR 4x114.3
rim and brake conversion
my rotors and pads are going out
can anyone tell me what USDM parts
are equivilant for the replacement?

not absolutely positive but I don't think they changed the caliper so pads should be the same. IIRC, the caliper is shared between the ITR, Accord Wagon, & Legend
