1994 EX four wheel disc brakes Stock, Basically a 1994 SI coupe.
HEy
my girl just picked p a 1994 EX with 92k on it, new hoood, front bumper, and fenders. New paint, Sunroof, ABS ( i believe reason for 4 wheel discs?)
So now that the ABS lights on and the ABS in not functioning, I would like to remove it. I know i need a new proportioning valve or combo valve whatver it is. I need new hard brake lines but what else. can i leave the Stock ABS harness in there? Also can i bolt a bigger caliper to the rear or am i stuck with those tiny little calipers. ( not like i really care i am just psyched that it has four wheel dics).
So basically she has a 1994 SI coupe, doesn't the Hatchback SI just come with four wheels dics and a sunroof and a d16z6. Those are the only things making it an SI right?

Don't bother removing the entire ABS setup. There's a lot of work to do. You can just disable the modulator. I don't know the correct method of doing it, but it was done to my 94 Si w/ABS.

im not sure wt your asking but here. 94-95 ex have abs so it has rear disc. 92-93 doesnt. 94-95 sedan ex also comes with it. 92-95 hb si is sport so it got d16z6 and sroof
