since the search server is down right now.......
you can get a conversion harness and convert to obd-1 and use the ecu that came with the motor

Look up the D16Z6 swap in the the 88-91 and you're 90% there.

i have a d15b. If its an LS crx theres a differetn way you do it but for any other one it goes right in stock tranny and everything, need to run a few more wires for vtec and a different 02 and you need to buy a wiring conversion so the new ecu meets up w/o hacking so motor ecu harness. Oh if the crx is an LS you have to talk to the guy who told you that and place his head in front of the front wheels and then do a burnout on his face for being a ***** bag.

is is dual point fuel injection, if so it's a dx

by mpfi switch you mean the injectors intake manifold fuel rail throttle body etc or do u mean switching pins around on the ecu cause what im thinkin(keep in mind i no nothing bout hondas) the new d15b vtec engine i have is complete has the intake fuel rail all that stuff and the ecu im thinkin all i need to do is go get a stock wiring harness for the engine and rewire the whole thing oh and by theb way thanks for all the info guys

the stock wiring harness for the engine would be more work to do. what you want to do is to run more wires and repin the engine harness plug for them.

then you should (theres ways aroung it, but for simplicity's sake, lets say this way) convert it to odb1 with a conversion harness that plugs into your current ecu plugs and has the other ecu plugs on it. theres other wires you have to run, but i'm just trying to say it as simply as possible.

im startin to think id be better off dropping in a zc it puts out more power than the d15b vtec im lookin at its the same price and i can still use the same ecu thats in the crx right now. but do they make a turbokit and other bolt on goodies for that engine?

If is a dx then no matter if you put in a zc or a d15b, you are going to have to first convert to a mpfi.
