So I ran out of OEM HID CTRs, but came across 4 sets of LHD Halogens... What a pleasant suprise to find out they have the high ECE flair that some of the people with the OEM HIDs were complaining was missing...

You all already know they all look the same. The only difference is the base of the reflector of the projector (tounge twister) and the shield which is a ECE high flair instead of the moderate DOT flair. The rest is exactly the same.

What do you guys think? I think the LHD Halogens with a PNP kit look pretty damn good... especially for less than the OEM HIDs.

nice review. and yea, for the cost, go with the halogen, and if youd like to change color, go with PIAA bulbs to help. But overall, HIDs are better, but for the cost, ID definatly go with the halogen.

Also, my opinion is to properly retrofit HID system in, like the lens and all, not just a HID bulb in a halogen bulb location.
