injector code, wont go past 3500 RPMS.....HELP

injector code, wont go past 3500 RPMS.....HELP
Ive searched and found nothing that I wanted to see.
here it is...
93 DX, D16Z6 swap, DX harness, boosted, DSM 450s, uberdata.
at high rpms, at any given random time, the car seems to hit a speed limiter, it throws a code and wont go past 3500. im throwing a code 16 which is the injector code. the 450s worked fine in my LS setup. what are some reasons my car is doing this?
