Default si plugs

hey guys whats up
does anyone know if a 1990 civic si engine wiring harness will plug into a 89 si dash harness if not what will I have to do to make them work

so I dont have to modify the 90 engine harness to fit the 89 si thanks

well I found out that they dont bolt right up one of the bigger plugs by the resistor box on the dash harness has 8 wires circle plug and the 90 engine harness has 6 wires square plug any suggestions on how to wire this up
