Default convertion to (mpfi)

whats going on guys this weekend ill be going to a few whrecking yards in an attempt to find ani 92-00 ex/si in order to convert my 90 civic dpfi. but i have a few questions in order to go throug with it. i need the intake mani complete,harness,ecu,what about the exhast mani what is the diffrence between a ex/si which is better would i be abel to do up grades after the covertion iam thinking is it worth converting upgrading,and modifing it or would it be beeter to just do a motor swap.

conversion

It would be alot easier to look for an 99-91 CRX HF or Si and just rob the intake manifold/dizzy, wiring harness, and ecu. It'll all bolt up, and be OBD0

i hate to say it, but search for MPFI.

a 92+ intake mani will work but idk about the sensor locations, just to ease it for you just use a 88-91 ex/si intake maifold,the wiring,ecu,and dizzy and you'll be set.

also in order to do any type of swap you have to convert to mpfi anyways,so look at it this way. You already have that out of the way when it comes time for a swap

The wiring harness will not just connect right up, you have to mix and match your dx harness with the Si or HF harness. Check out this site for what you should be searching for at the junkyards
