will an exhaust from a 98 civic coupe fit a 95 civic 4 dr?

Exhaust in terms of what? The muffler itself or do you mean the whole complete piping?

92-00 coupes and sedans are supposed to all be interchangeable unless you have a DX, in which case you would need a test pipe after the stock cat.

yup, unless you have ex/dc headers and use a cat instead of the test pipe same difference
