Default Steering wheel off, need help

The owner before me had a aftermarket steering wheel on the car and before I purchased it he put the stock eg steering wheel back on.
I think the steering wheel is off, but I did a search and found that it could also be a alignment problem.

When going straight the wheel is suppose to be even. When I drive straight the position of the wheel where 9 o clock is, turns all the way to 12 o clock. If that doesn't make sense just imagine making a right turn with your left hand on the steering wheel, and that's what the steering wheel looks like.

Anyone know if it's a problem with the steering wheel or alignment? the car drives straight, just the steering is off. If the steering wheel is off, how do I correct it? I'm reading the DIYs right now for future reference.

Adjust the toe in on the driver side and equal amount of toe out on the passenger side until centered.

It's an alignment problem bro... I've had a similar problem on my EG so just go to a tire shop and get it aligned if the problem still occurs go back there and tell them to adjust the toe and make it toe-in...

Jack up the Car. Take off both wheels. Now, you'll be able to see the toe links. Undo the nut, and mark the # of notches on the toe link with a marker so you know how much toe you've adjusted on one side and correspond it on the other side.

Bad advice, you don't want it toe in what you want is to adjust the toe in and out to center the steering wheel. Toe in given the man's current situation will seriously mess up dude's tires.

Bad advice again. That's not how you center the steering wheel, the toe is where it's at.
