Has anyone ran both of these and noticed a difference between them? I only plan on increasing boost to about 9-10psi, but I'm debating whether or not to spend that extra money to get the HPBC which says it helps spool the turbo a bit faster? Any opinions on these two boost controllers are welcome.

If you only want to run 9-10 psi i would just use the SBC, it works fine for that.
