is it possible to put an hid conversion on a 99 r6? now i;'m not talking about a retro fit , i'm just talking about new buld with the ballast kit basicly....anyone done this?

just find out what kind of bulb you have and go buy one of those generic HID kits for that bulb style. shouldn't be too hard; theres only like 93857349857230875230 kits on the market.

I dunno about the '99 but on like '03-up w/Projector style housing, aren't some of the HID bulbs too long for them? Don't they hit the lense inside. I'm too lazy to go take my bulb out and try.
