How do i take off ball joints???

Default How do i take off ball joints???

Well im trying to take the knukles off a 95 ex for my 92 cx. I got everything off except for the ball joints on the bottom. Please give me some advice and tricks. Thanks, its my first time taking off the knuckles...

you hit the tie rod with a hammer on the side...hit it a few times and it'll pop out

same with the top

well at least that's what I do

i put the car on jackstands then jack up the balljoint until it loads up the suspension. then i hit it with a hammer once or twice and thats all she wrote.
