Default shock help

i have a 94+ gsr and i bought KYB AGX shocks off of a fellow H-T member and he said they were from a dc2 but when i went to put them on the rear shock forks dont fit over my LCA bushing ....come to find out the shocks are for an EK...i was wondering if i could have EK bushings pressed into my LCA's and if it would work that way or shave away some of my bushing to make it fit...please help thanx in advance

If you posed this a week earlier I would've bought the ek agx from you since I was looking for some. But yeah go get your money back because the ek rear shock forks are more narrow than eg/dc2. The ones you have right now have the adjusting ***** on the side of the shock correct?

I have read about people grinding down the ends of the EG/DC LCA bushings to fit he EK shocks. This is also an option for you.

Just remove your LCAs & zap the bushings on a bench grinder until the shocks fit (make sure to grind them flat & level)...
