Look for Helm manual. It shows you everything.

 

if you are going to do all this work you really should get a shop manual. As well as replacement of the rings, the rings need to be turned to different positions, and you should clean the grooves as well as the oil ports in the piston where the oil wiper ring is.

 

pull off head, pull off oilpan, hone, install new rings on pistons, install, put it back together, enjoy it.

have you ever done engine work before? you better be damn SURE of what you're doing before you attempt this...

 

you will need to tear down your entire motor to do this properly...also, are your current rings bad? if so, you need to find out why to ensure it doesn't happen again...but yes, as previously stated, you need to invest in a helms shop manual for your car...it should give you a step by step walkthrough of this process...

me and my friend have done one befor it was on a teg but i im not shure how diffrent it is on a accord or what not no i hevent done ne on my car yet this is why im trying to find out how
