93 Accord with camber kit and upper control arm problems.
I have a 93 Accord. I have installed an adjustable camber kit on the upper control arms and I have Tein Super Street suspension with Suspension Techniques sway bars.
My problem is the upper control arm smashing into the top of my wheel well.
I grinded the edge off of the control arm and it helped a little but it still hits hard on certain bumps. I was going to cut out the section of the wheel well but don't know if it will cause problems or work.
Any help with this isssue would be appriciated!
If you don't know or you are a stock only person please do not waste my time by responding.
Thanks!

i have the same problem... I have a totally different setup and i have had 5 different accords and lowered them all, but this 92 accord i have now seems to do the same thing yours is doing, i too grinded down the control with little help, sorry i cant help but i cant seem to figure it out either...
There is not alot you can do to solve your problem. When the CB chasis is lowered too far and corrected with a camber kit, the UCA's will hit the chasis over hard bumps. I have seen a guy cut out that strut tower area, but doing so weakens the frame and structural rigidity of the car. Another option is to "push" that area out a little (some people use a scissor jack to do this), freeing up some travel space for the UCA.
I have a '93 Ex I have a tokico setup coilovers adjustable shocks got SPC camber kit. When I had it lowered over some bumps it hit but I wasn't sure what it was. I'm going to have check when i lower it again but before I had 7spoke 5th gens now I have 17" so we'll see.
