accord/cl samething?

will the accord catback exhausts fit on to my 97 2.2 cl i.e. skunk2 invidia

i'm about 95% sure it will...the two chassis' are nearly identical from what i understand...

thanx for the reply. thats whai i was thinking the cl is longer than the accord by abou 2-4 inches. also which one would u perfer i hear good things about both any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
