Default Riland TIG Inverter?

My garage is wired for 220 but for only about 30amps. This welder, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...=WDVW, says it can take max of 20 amps. I'm kinda eager to try it but afraid to be burned obviously (not by the welder, LOL).

First, above all else, CHANGE YOUR AVATAR.
Second, go for something from a reputable company. Like Miller. You will be guaranteed a good piece of equipment, used, but reliable for the same price.

i have no experience with that company although it seems like a crappy design. The ***** are barely labeled, but the torch part of it looks nice ...spend the money on something nice like a miller or lincoln

Guess I'll go ahead and grab a thermal arc like I originally planned. Avatar stays....
