i just got mine off my buddy a few days ago, but i can't properly mount the seat in cause of the two hooks on the ends of the seat, the seat came out of a 96 JDM ITR. for those who do have the one piece seat in did you guys just cut off the hooks??

i saw a jdm back seat a while ago and it looked just like mine underneatch
are you tryin to say that your stock seats didnt have those little hooks underneath?

 

when i hook my rear seat out and traded with my buddy, my seats didn;t have the little hooks underneth, and my seat fit perfectly in my buddies itr.

 

on the car where the seat goes, is there little slots like about maybe 2 inches long, with a white plastic thing where the hooks could go into, on your car

 

You do need to cut off the hooks.

 

sometimes you can't see the slots that the hooks go into because they are under the carpet Every integra I have taken seats out of have had the hook on them, I have done it 6-8 times now

 

When I put JDM ITR seats in my GSR, the hooks didn't go into the holes. I just bolted the cushion leaving the hooks there.

It was a 2000

 

my itr is a 2000 and yes i have the holes with the white plastic around it but the hooks don;t line up.

 

mines a 98 and i had to take out that big black piece to get them to mount right. im gonna mod the reinforcement beam so i can use it.

 

my hooks didn't line up either, I just bent them up towards the seat.done.

 

thanks for the info guys, hopefully i get the seat in tomorrow without ne more problems.
