Power window not working... 1989 Accord Driver's Side
A friend's driver's door window doesn't move; is there a regular problem with something that this happens? Is the switch, regulator, or motor a common flaw? Let me know, because I'm going to start by bringing some U-Pull-It parts to her house to do a swap-and-see, part by part, and if anyone could tell me what the common problem is (if there is one) I'd appreciate it. I'm not so familiar with Hondas (at this point.)
Thanks, guys!
By the way.... no noise when you do the switch- you can't hear the motor running in the door.

could be a # of things ,,can you hear the motor ??? if yes most likely it is regul if not could be motor or fuse, or power window control box located in left frt door panel , or wiring .....
step 1 i would chk the fuse if ok, remove door panel chk to see if you are getting power on the motor ..the power supply on the motor wiring changes depends if you push the up or down button ,,if you got power and no noise from motor motor is toast ,,,if no power at motor and fuse is ok chk wiring at control box, try giving control box a little smack see if window will work if so box is toast
