Default Euro auto P13?

Ok, when I got a h22 swap, the guy gave me a auto p13. I have one reason to believe it is from a h22a3(euro I assume) because this guy bought a h22a3 and it was from a auto. So I think he swapped the ecu's. But as some of you know about my swap problems lately, you will know that I was pretty much ripped off. I also looked at other auto ecu's and the whole inside looks different then mine. On the ecu it says: 37820-P13-J50
556-103631

And then on the back it says: 37820-P13-J50
556 J-AT

And on the side it says:37820-P13-J-50
556-103631
denshigiken and 4W sideways in bigger writing.

Is this enough info to tell exactly what it is? And will this perform different then a regular JDM auto? I have been told I would run lean with a auto ecu. Isn't there a jumper I can cut, or switch? I have looked on here and the internet to find info on this, but all the pictures look different then my ecu.
