Default planning on buying rota slips.. what size is best?

sorry guys i'm kinda new to wheels and suspension and have done many searches on rotas but haven't come across this:
I was thinking about getting some lightweight rota slips --- probably 15" and was wondering what the performance difference is between the 15x6.5 and the 15x7.. or would the 16x7 be a better fit for a 1997 GSR? the price range isn't too big so i was just wondering what the performance benefits from them would be.. thanks in advance for the help or please point me in the right direction for a search..

You said it right there--do a search.

But, I'd go with a 15x7 and mate that with a 205 series tire. With 15", tires will be cheaper and with the lighter weight, your car will perform better.

15x6.5 aren't too bad, either, but I'd rather stick with stock rims than buy some 6.5" rims. Not worth $$, IMO.

Have fun.
