H&R has specifically designed their suspension components to work in tandem with the OEM bumbstops, otherwise known as their helper spring.
I'm runnning the H&R Race Coilover kit and I love it. Before that, I ran the prototype Integra Cup Kit, with OEM Bumpstops.
