Default Data Forms, Check Lists & other info collection ideas

Great thread going at https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1233515 on when, how why to collect race/track data to help with car set-up. Down in the thread a ways, CRX Lee posted his "track pad" (http://www.koni-na.com/pdf/pitpad.pdf) for all to see. Thanks Lee.

Got me thinking, it might be cool to start a thread for sharing lists, forms and maybe even computer data base templates. A list of "open source" tools for race data, and such. Let's see what folks have found or come up with that might be useful to the group as a whole.

Thanks for sharing.

I found a form on this page that I think I like:

No doubt that actually recording the changes you make when testing is important. I even try to write down results/conditions from every race weekend.

The lame thing is that I usually just scribble stuff down on a pad. When I get home, I try to enter it on the sheets that CRX Lee put on the forum before.

Here is a excel that I made up a couple of years ago. Makes it real simple when going around the car.

I made one up that includes hot/cold pressures, tire temps and such for each tire, lap times, a big comment section and a big results section. Not much else to change on an SM so it works for me.
