O2 sensors from junk yard need to be cleaned
Dont attempt to clean inside the little holes with anything, whatever material they use is very delicate and will not take any kind of cleaning. All you can basically do is wipe the outside of it with a rag and take off any superficial dirt/carbon and clean up the threaded section with a fine wire brush. Other than that pop it in and see how it goes!
If it looks dirty it is not worth the effort to replace it with, I just replaced mine and it took quite a while without a lift.
Just get a new one from online (universal is fine) and cut the old one for the connector, crimp the wires with a plier lightly so they don't fall off, and heat the schrink tube on a stove or with a cigeratte lighter. I only spent $60 on a walker one.

I strongly dont recommend you to clean the o2 sensor with any chemicals or water or else it wont work for sure. I anything just wipe the dust with a dry cloth or rag.
ahh i'm so used to being over VWvortex in the Corrado forum so by now alot of people would have said what i have to say by now, and they would have probably been asses about it too
but i'm suprised it hasn't been mentioned...
why don't you take one of the O2 sensors that you have cut the sensor off so you have a good section of harness left. and buy a universal O2 sensor and wire it up? they're easy to do, i've seen them in 1, 3, and 4 wire combinations... 1 wire was used on older american cars usually i highly doubt any honda has this...
a 3 wire sensor will have a black, grey, and white wire. (black is ground, grey is heat wire, white it signal wire) here simple match colors from the old harness to the universal (the white wire is rarely another color, but black and grey are always the same)
4 wire sensors will have a black, 2 grey and a white... here again match the black and white wires up. here is the part you may think is tough... the 2 greys... it doesn't matter as long as a grey gets to a grey you're good to go, cause they're both just heat wires...
soo... to do this task the right way you're gonna need to solder the wires together... simple enough task right?
after that you hae the option to use electrial tape for insulation or heat shrink tubing... it doesn't get any more professional for cheaper
(forgot to mention don't really let too many people know the O2's used cause it's illegal to put a used O2 sensor in your car... i know this for sure because it's been discussed in detail over in VWvortex cause a Corrado O2 sensor is almost $200 from the dealer, and it's just a 3 wire sensor a universal or 89 Mustang GT sensor can easily replace with what i just typed
)

Yeah, I just did a universal O2 sensor change too. Use the old wiring hardness like you said, but instead of soldering the plug, you should crimp it
They came with a tube per wire that you put the O2 and the plug in, then you use a crimper or a plier/wire cutter to lightly press it, then it stay like that and won't fall out. Don't forget the shrink tube that came with it and you use the stove or a cigerette lighter to heat shrink it.
The color code is:
black <-> black for the 2 heater wires, they are not directional
white of white/blue <-> green of white/green
blue of white/blue <-> white of white/green
the confusion of white/blue white/green is because there are 2 standard of wire color code, some use white/green where other use white/blue, and the white wire mean the opposite thing in both convention. That is the only confusing part.
