F22 build up or H23 build up / swap?

I was on the fence about a few options I had to make the accord...less slow. I decided NOT to go with the H22 and now I'm thinking either build up F22a (non V, sohc) or do a H23 swap. Reason being that I like the block strength of the F22 and low comp. for F/I applications. The consideration of H23 was again for low comp. for F/I application. I'm curious about the following though...F22 or H23 for the F/I app? and why one would be better than the other. I was going to stic with F22 because you can buy the motor for 3 bills U.S.( and cheap is good when paired with semi-originality) but I'm unsure of H23's weak points and strengths. the F22 has taller gears which according to myth supports F/I applications better then shorter gears of an H22 ( I belive H22 has shorter gears please correct me if I'm wrong) and the initial torque of the 2.2 L impresses me more than the abilities of V-Tech seeing as the boost will do me more good than V-Tech abilities anyways. But then H23 also has more torque than the H22 as well. Any help from people who have done swaps or build ups with either of these two would be appreciated. BTW im on the Danforth for anyone wanting to meet up.

well i have a f22 turbo set up right now i love it i was i just build up the bottom end because i messed up my pistons so i was going to order the f22b dohc motor cause the are cheap and my turbo would still fit on it but when the motor came it was a h23a which looks just like a f22b dohc the place i orderd it from sent the wrong motor and said it was the right one and wont take it back i thought about trying to get a manifold for it but instead i just decided to build up my sohc and put the turbo back on now im trying to sell the h23a for real cheap i havent heard to much about h23 turbos but i love my f22 boosted i think the h23 would be better its bigger and dohc and there are more parts for it i had a had time get my stuff for this motor
H23 has the same tq as the H22 (actually like 1 less but it makes it sooner) and also has FRM sleeves like the H22, which means you cannot run forged pistons without sleeving the block. "Why do you need forged pistons", you say? Because that's the H series weak spot....the ringlands. They are weak and usually give out over 7 or so psi. I'd say F22 if you're on a budget, but H23 for the best setup if price is not your main concern.
