my ls motor has about 100,000 miles on it and recently was in an accident and at one point it was fliped upside down and since then it started to burn oil will this go away or is the motor shot?

 

You should probably take apart your motor and see if any damage was done to it. If its burning oil, there's something wrong, and driving around like that after an accident will only make it worse. Do a diagnostic and see if there's any problems. There might be a crack in the cylinder wall, or a ring went bad, causing the oil to get where it doesn't need to be.
