Default Need help to pass inspection!

Well, my dad sent the 99 Accord EX to get inspected. He came back and said it failed because I take it the ECU was throwing 2 different codes. He said one was 1162 and the other was 1164. I am not sure at all what these mean but a quick response would be great fellas. We need to get his car inspected asap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
