rock+wheel=*
im not going to go in-depth about what happened, but i hot a rock going about 40-45mph. i have searched, but everyone else hits a pothole, not a rock. and they didnt mention one major topic when discussing.
what they all forgot to mention was the structural integrity of a wheel, after it has been rebent. because i hit a rock, and the wheel might have to be rebent, would it weaken the wheel any, or would it be the same as before?

fixable or not??

i say hammer time!
1 of my volk gtns were like that and i didnt want to pay like 250ish or so to get it bent back. so i said **** it....hammered the hell out of it and tada! looks better, but wheel was a bit off balance when try tried to mount the tire on. no biggie..lol

my friend bent a wheel like that. we took it to a place and ask if they would hammer it back he said he wouldnt do it because its aluminum. that area will be come brittle when you hammer the **** out of it.
its best to take it to a professional wheel shop and have them do it.
