Default What oil to use with 12:1 compression

I did a search and cant find anything that has to do do with oil and high compression. What oil should i use. Right now im using 10W40, for breakin purposes. Its been 2000 miles im hitting 280 psi across in all cylinders.

Canola = low saturated fat

Seriously, I really don't think it matters. I used to use 10w30 Valvoline in my '78 Trans Am (~11.5:1).

it doesnt matter, but Royal Purple does a really good job, it keeps the motor cool. It dropped the temperature alot on my RX7, water and egt.
