Start on Saturday plus a good battle with bosco500 until he went off behind me in the kink! Watch the rear view at the end of the clip.

Car felt good, and I am getting better at driving it fast. I very much have to work on traffic management and strategy still.

I was watching your mirror a lot in the video after you finally got a pass to stick. There was one turn or combo turn that you would lose time to the other driver. I saw him gaining on you in the rearview after that other turn but you held your foot down in that high speed kink (and made it). Then comes your pursurer who was a little more optimistic. Wow big *** multiple spin with lots of flat spotting blue smoke out of the kink. New tires and new nomex underwear were purchased I bet. Good video.

why'd you get dq'd on sunday?

 

2540 < 2575 ... Pulled the ABS and didn't scale the car.

they weighed you after the race???

why didn't they impound everyone then?

 

he came up low on weight after qualifing. The only car that came up so. therefore it was grumpy's idea to just pull him after the race as well.

yes i had my work cut out for me in tech this weekend... 15 point inspection of ALL the factory five cars, including weight and ride height, and pulling ALL of the HC across the scales after qualifing. oh the joy.
