I have access to all kinds of aluminum and stainless hardware ect....
I plan on taking just some "square stock" and drilling it.
Any suggestions on hole sizes to be drilled? (the main chamber and "outs" )

I agree.. On my Golden eagle vacuum block the inputs are 3/8" and the outlets are 1/8"
