Default making my own vaccum manifold......

We're basically a full on machine shop here.... (see http://www.icw2.com to see what we do)

I have access to all kinds of aluminum and stainless hardware ect....

I plan on taking just some "square stock" and drilling it.


Any suggestions on hole sizes to be drilled? (the main chamber and "outs" )

A bit larger than the ID of the vacuum/pressure inline hose should be fine.

I would put a 3/8" NPT supply line and 1/8" npt outlets.

tap should have the proper drill size written on it.

I agree.. On my Golden eagle vacuum block the inputs are 3/8" and the outlets are 1/8"
