93 civic b20z motor swap need help HELP WANTED!!!!!!!
I am putting a b20z engine in my 93 civic. can I use the distributor from the b20 or
do I need to use a different one. I need alot of help with wiring my plugs dont match up. I put the distributor from my 1.6 on it runs but not good, I have quite a few empty plugs from the harness which I cant figure where they go. I have been working on this project for about 3 months, between trying to save money. I want my car back where do I go and what do I need??? HELP ME PLEASE

all b20's are obd2...if there are alot of plugs not plugging in..its for good reason..your 93 is obd1 and the wiring isn't the same...
what you should of done and i dono if you did..you shoulda used your DX/CX/Si harness and coverted it to work on the b20, then you woulda ethier had to get an LS dizzy which I think works and an LS alternator..from obd1..plug and play easiness...

what I did was this.....I tool the houseing, cap, rotor, and shaft from the b-series....but I swapped over the guts of the dizzy from the d-series into the b-series one (ignitor, and plugs and stuff) and the car ran perfectly. Or you can just find an OBD-1 LS distributor and you'll be fine
