My new project log........ 56K NONO!
Well I got a new project car it's a 89 Civic Si hatchie.
I bought this car off my brother he has been working ot for abit and kind off gave up on it after it broke the T-belt, he then bought a 02 Si so it was sitting for awhile.
I traded my fiberglass front-end for the car (I bought Bruno's so I still have one for my race car) so $500 for the car.
Now this car came with alot of extra's after he broke the timming belt he bought another DOHC Zc and it looks pretty clean but he had no intrest to do the swap himself, so that came with the car new T-belt, a used DC sport header, full cat back exhaust, air-intake, new ball joints windsheild gas tank. It has 90 CRX alum rims, plus lots of spare EF parts.
My goal for this car is to fix it up alittle make it look cleaner lower it and maybe just maybe....... gasp Turbo it! we will see.
I have some pics when I picked it up and some that I have done so far I have pulled the blown motor and removed all wires taped off and painted the engine bay as you can see there's a huge diffrence! I want to try to hide mostly all wires to get a real clean engine bay.
I will update after I have the motor in and have it running. Rob

Sorry for the big pics...... I have no clue about resizing??? Rob

Grrrr I have rust on the left panel also right above the tailight. It drives me crazy. Nice project car, looks like my daily driver.

As long as you ground all of it out.

Lookin good mang. Now hit that trans with some simple green and you have yourself 1 clean little swap. Nice come up on the car/motors. Why not just roll around NA in the new motor and rebuild the second with some good rods/vitara pistons and really make that DOHCZC howl.
