I was wonderin which is the best header (hp gains), bang for the buck, for my 99 prelude engine??

oops, sorry, just thinking of the fact that this engine is in my accord.

 

Look in the ITR forum as well, they did the great header test, yes an H22 and b18c5 are different motors, but it is very informative, ex: the JDM DC sports was very competitive and only made 3 less peak HP that some other, $1000 headers. Its worth taking a look at.
