Default recked my beautiful hatchback :(

This morning at 5am I was out cruising around thinking about my dad (who is in afghanistan at the moment with the army), and i recked my car. Funny thing is how it happened, i was just driving along, sidewalk on the right of me, with a wall beside it, and i went to make a left turn at about 30 mph and when i went to make the turn i heard a snap and the car shot right really hard, went over the sidewalk (which happened to be over a foot high) and into the side of a building. Im still not sure what happened, since i pretty much had the car towed home and i cant really look at it, it makes me feel so bad. Sorry for my lame story, but i just had to vent, i worked so long to be able to get what i had, and its gone. A friend of mine that always helps me with my body work came by and looked at it and said the frame is bent really bad, i guess the wall i hit was pretty hard, i figured it was fixable since i hit the wall head on. It just sucks so bad, my dad is gone for a year and he just left last week so its still bothering me, and then this, im not a rich guy, i have to work for what i have, and this stuff came hard for me, i had just gotten a new rear disk swap, swap bars, struts and a b16 tranny to put on and then i recked it, this sucks...

In case anyone wants to know what my setup was:
1992 Civic dx hatch
1994 b18b swap
crower 1 cams
hp racing header
magnaflow canister
2.25 mandrel bent exhaust with no cat or resonator
16" rota mugen knockoffs w/nitto neogen tires
skunk2 coilovers on kyb stuts
skunk2 camber kit
autozone intake
ground kit

soon to go on:
gsr rear brake conversion
front and rear sway bars
2000 si tranny (b16)

if i knew how to post pics i would, expecially of my tranny, their are two huge holes in it, funny thing is is that the tranny mounts are still on the car but the tranny itself broke away from them, it still shifts clean through every gear(obviously without the car running since it wont start. I dont see how 30 mph inpact could do all this.

And if anyone is wondering we finally found out how the accident happened, or well still speculation but it looks as if the whole passenger side k frame broke where it had been crapily welded back together at some point in the cars life.

If anyone would like to buy anything off thecar check my thread in classifieds, EVERYTHING is for sale, unless someone has a 92-95 dx or cx hatch shell they want to trade, as long as the frame is strait ill take it...

sounds like a tie rod end let go. No tie rod = no steering capabilities = out of control car.

**** that sucks, I hate to hear about people wrecking their cars when it isn't your fault. It sucks, it's not like you were driving like a jackass or anything.

Well the only thing to do now is get a new shell and start swapping or start parting it out.

Wishing the best for your dad too.

Leave it alone. If Vic came in here and posted something similar would you say similar things? If not, then please be quiet.
