get some more pics man of the whole car. Looks sick!
As far as machining, your going to need to use different hubs and mate them to the itr's. I believe its the 92-95 or something civic ex hubs that u have to mate them too.

Front
Pull the knuckles out, press the 4 lug hubs out
press the ITR hubs in
Most people upgrade to the ACCORD hubs and run Hybrid axles if they're looking for serious POWER upgrades.
Too much hassle though

Don't you mean the other way around? Pull the ITR kunkles out, press the 4 lug hubs in? Also, you have to machine the hub down some to accept the itr knuckels. There was a thread on it somewhere.

I know its kind of neat running an ITR rim, but whats the whole point of spending all the time and money to do a 5 five lug conversion?
It seems like a lot of trouble for really no gains.

The main reason people swap the five lug in is for braking performance. The ITR has the largest setup avalable. I know a few people from http://www.g2ic.com have converted thier DA's to the five lug. From what I remember, they had thier steering knuckles bored out to accept the ITR wheel bearing and pressed in the whole hub assembly.
Last time I checked...ITR knuckles bolted on to EF hatch all around. Maybe different with a CRX.

Have you felt the difference in braking after going from 4 lug 10 inch brakes to 5 lug 11 inch brakes and huge calipers?

I haven't, i'm sure its quite a difference. I am looking to keep my crx a 4 bolt running some regamaster Evo's and spend my money on some 4 piston calipers and larger disks. I would think that would be a couple steps up from a stock type r setup.
