Okay so I paid you - no hassles - you said you would ship the GSR interior last friday if not for sure the following monday

Now here it is 7 days later - No tracking number - You have not answered any PM since last tuesday depite being on here every single day since then - Then when I politely repost in the thread you tell me you've been busy and you'll get me a tracking number ASAP

And yet 4 days later nothing - Last tuesday would have been about the time my paypal would have cleared - coincidence and I think the only reason you even responded is so you could continue taking money from other members

And busy - Yeah you've been busy all right responding to every other IM instead of sending my parts INCLUDING posting in other ad's asking to buy parts with MY MONEY instead of sending MY PARTS

Tommorrow I call paypal, your local police and my attourney - the money isn't the issue but if you think your going to pull this **** here your mistaken

And don't even post up **** that you' haven't been on since 4/29 because you've been responding to IM's just not posting like I would'nt know

He was a good guy whenever I went down and picked the axles up. He even met me right off of 83.

He even told me he had the full interior whenever I talked to him. Not sure why he's giving you any issues though. That's not cool at all. I know you're better than this ls4thgen... hook the man up with his interior.

i told him i'll trade my pr3 ecu and vtec obd0 dizzy for his **** and i would drive there and install it, as well to buy something off him. hasnt got back to me yet.

this is not the way to do business i do agree. you shjould always respond to IMs and email it's that easy to do. i got this dude in canada waiting for an EF MOMO hub and its been forever since i sent it out. and every day or 2 he flames on my *** and i tell him it was sent out and i havent recieved anything back. then he says he'll contact paypal and get his money. man i swear if this turd does this i will grip him up.

Well here it is monday - it's been over a week since he stopped answering my IM's - coincidentally the same day paypal funds would clear

If your so certain - then "YOU" can refund my money since it should be easy to get him to pay you back right

I already told him the delay's do not bother me - Blatantly ignoring my attempts to contact him do

And it's certainly no threat I have some family there and a considerable amount of vacation comming at work - It's easy to scam people 2000 miles away but when they are in town and talking to the police - it's another.

BTW E-thugging is generally reserved for those without means, but thanks to those people who IM'd me additional contact information

got a call today - stuff will be sent out by tommorrow - crosses fingers that everything else is good.

 

he's no scammer like i said. a week isnt that long to wait. im not saying you were but if a person were constantly being a pain to me i wouldnt talk to them, just ship it out and be done with it.

I understand that sometimes people have a lot of work to do and are busy... but if he's been online everyday then obviously he has responsibility to update the man... seeing as how he's got his money. It's not being a pain. It's the seller's duty not to allow someone to worry about the shipment.

If you payed for it on paypal then you will get your money back, just file...

before you jump in here and start talking understand that it was the guy who's paypal account that was being held liable that contacted me - NOT THE SELLER

Nor at this point do I expect him to

And if you ever pay for something and that person is running around trying to spend the money instead of shipping it to you let's see how you feel about it

And I've been a seller on here since 2000 and have about 120+ paypal transactions with the members and not 1 time have I ever just stopped communicating the situation despite having one person wait over 4 months for a hood that now I don't believe VIS ever had any intentions of producing.

And when it all comes down to it I only asked that he follow through on what he told me - nothing more.
